We’ll test your critical thinking skills, curiosity, character, and willingness to embrace conflict in a constructive way. 

 

You'll be expected to show keen insight into the property you're applying for and its comps. You'll explain which KPIs you think are most relevant and which are not.

 

Keep in mind, the process by which you come up with these answers is as important as the answers themselves. At times, you may feel like you're teaching a class in Property Management 101. If you're the right fit, you'll love every minute of it.
